With over 20 years of professional experience in consultancy, mainly focused on Talent Acquisition, Development and Leadership, he is currently Managing Partner of The Key Talent Portugal where he develops specialized projects, developing impactful strategies for the attraction and development of people in new digital ecosystems.
Hugo Bernardes has a vast experience in the design and implementation of attractive digital employer branding campaigns for some of the most renowned talent programs in Portugal and abroad. Within The Key Talent, he has successfully applied methodologies that have allowed the implementation of true candidate-centric experiences in several of his client partners. During the last six years, he also centred a lot of his experience on the digitisation of leadership potential assessment and providing solutions for the candidate/employee-centric experiences adoption. He holds a Ms in Psychology and is currently enrolled in an MBA.
