With a Master in Telecommunications Engineering and an MBA from Warwick Business School, Paolo brings around 15 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.

He first started his career as a Research Associate for NEC Europe Laboratories, but soon joined Vodafone Group where he has been working since 2008. This provided Paolo with the opportunity to work across European and non-European markets and different senior roles in the Technology function whilst supporting major business decisions and transformation processes.

In July 2018, he joined the Vantage Towers Programme and contributed to the creation and stand-up of the company. Since July 2020 he has been acting as Managing Director of Vantage Towers in Portugal thereby starting operations locally and positioning the company as an independent, commercially oriented, and ultimately a leading TowerCo in the Portuguese market.
